under the Agricultural Tile Drainage Installation Act

To obtain a new Class “C” machine operator's licence, the Regulations under the Agricultural Tile Drainage Installation Act indicate that an individual must have “...at least sixty days previous experience in carrying out other duties connected with the installation of drainage works”. All operator licences are issued for a three-year term expiring December 31.

The personal information of individuals who are not working for an agricultural tile drainage business at the time of application is collected as it is necessary for the proper administration of R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 18: General under the Agricultural Tile Drainage Installation Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. A.14 (“Act”). It will be used for the purpose of issuing a Machine Operator's license as a requirement under the Act and contacting the applicant.
